An old favorite that continues with great reviews. Caramelized onions, celery, garlic and sundried tomatoes are added to fresh grilled carrots, zucchini and yellow squash. This is combined into a blend of whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese, imported Parmesan cheese, imported Romano cheese and spinach. The texture of chunky vegetables against the creamy cheeses and ribbon like texture of our thin golden pasta provide a ravioli that is full of flavor and be used in any dish.
