A ravioli to celebrate our home, North Carolina. Fresh sweet potatoes are slow roasted, chopped and blended into whole milk ricotta cheese, raisins, walnuts and butter. The sweet creamy filling is complimented by the ribbon like texture of our thin golden pasta.
