Our lasagnas are the result of extensive product development, planning, sourcing of ingredients and the engineering of custom equipment. This was all done for one purpose – to produce a product that represented a truly handmade lasagna. Our sauces are made from scratch using the best tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices. Slow roasted beef and pork, the freshest cream and freshly grated Parmesan and imported Romano cheeses. The layering of ingredients is precise and with our own fresh pasta the result is lasagna that looks and tastes homemade.
A simple four cheese recipe of whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese, freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese and Romano cheeses and mozzarella cheese adding a slightly firm but creamy filling rolled in our thin golden pasta. We start with freshly grated imported Parmesan and Romano cheeses for traditional Italian flavor. Our Ricotta cheese is the finest whole milk Impastata style and only quality mozzarella is sourced. We use only the finest, all-natural ingredients for our ravioli filled pastas that are light and fluffy in texture and rich in flavor.
Drake’s makes tortellini “classic.” This is the original shape and size for tortellini. Fillings consist of three cheeses; imported Parmesan, imported Romano and whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese. Also available with meat fillings that are sautéed ground beef, herbs and spices. The pasta is available in egg or tri-colored (egg, tomato, spinach).
