Our lasagnas are the result of extensive product development, planning, sourcing of ingredients and the engineering of custom equipment. This was all done for one purpose – to produce a product that represented a truly handmade lasagna. Our sauces are made from scratch using the best tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices. Slow roasted beef and pork, the freshest cream and freshly grated Parmesan and imported Romano cheeses. The layering of ingredients is precise and with our own fresh pasta the result is lasagna that looks and tastes homemade.
Macaroni and Cheese
All-natural with aged cheddar cheese. We make this the old fashioned way by making a roux-based sauce and using no fillers, thickeners or anything unnatural. Jumbo sized ridged elbow pasta gives an upscale distinctive appearance. Available in foodservice and prepared meal sizes.
A simple four cheese recipe of whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese, freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese and Romano cheeses and mozzarella cheese adding a slightly firm but creamy filling rolled in our thin golden pasta. Jumbo stuffed shells made with whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese blended with imported Parmesan, imported Romano cheese and mozzarella cheese.
