Drake’s makes tortellini “classic.” This is the original shape and size for tortellini. Fillings consist of three cheeses; imported Parmesan, imported Romano and whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese. Also available with meat fillings that are sautéed ground beef, herbs and spices. The pasta is available in egg or tri-colored (egg, tomato, spinach).
A medium sized “capellett” shape that is larger than tortellini. Fillings consist of imported Parmesan, imported Romano, and whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheeses. Also available with Italian sausage that is made from our own recipe of all-natural pork and contains no nitrates or preservatives.
