A simple four cheese recipe of whole milk Impastata Ricotta cheese, freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese and Romano cheeses and mozzarella cheese adding a slightly firm but creamy filling rolled in our thin golden pasta. Our sauces are made from scratch using the best tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices.
