Made with traditionally rolled pasta crafted with extra fancy durum wheat flour. The filling is a blend of cold water lobster and shrimp sauteed with sherry, garlic and onions and then gently blended with impastata-style ricotta cheese.
Fresh pie pumpkins are slow cooked, chopped and blended with imported Parmesan cheese, whole milk ricotta cheese, spices and amaretto for a traditional Italian favorite. This fresh nutty flavor is complemented by our thin golden pasta.
